As CEO of RuralConecta, I have extensive 30 years of experience in various sectors, which has allowed me to specialize in the management of personnel, resources and suppliers. I am a skilled negotiator and have built an extensive network of contacts throughout my career. My approach is focused on analyzing results and, if necessary, implementing action plans to achieve the company's objectives. My training includes the application of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO 9000 and 14000, Kaizen, as well as experience in resource management, personnel selection and strategic management systems. I also have skills in budget management, process management (BPM), logistics (ERP), personnel control and cost control and billing. In addition, I have experience in digital marketing, SEO and SEM, as well as in the creation of written content, video editing and photography. I am passionate about projects that give me the opportunity to continue my professional and personal development."
